Sign-in or account access

Use the same email for checkout, the web account, and the Mac app. If that fails, send us the email you used.

What to include in the email

  • The email address you used for checkout or sign-in
  • What screen you were on when the problem happened
  • A short description of what you expected Intern to do
  • For billing issues, whether the Mac app says billing is active or paused

For account deletion or data requests, use the same support email and include the account email so we can verify the request.
