Intern is a product of WuKong AI (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use intern.fit and related services.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and payment details (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
Usage data
We collect information about how you interact with Intern, including tasks delegated, tools connected, and feature usage. This helps us improve the product and personalize your experience.
Support requests
When you contact support, we collect the email address, support category, app version, billing state, screenshots or logs you choose to send, and the details needed to answer the request. Support does not require raw task content by default.
Connected tool data
When you connect supported tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, or Notion, Intern can access the data needed to support the work you request. The exact data and permissions depend on the connection you approve.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve Intern's services
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send important product updates and security notices
- To respond to your support requests
- To process account deletion, data deletion, correction, export, and refund-related support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as payments, hosting, and authentication vendors
- AI model and infrastructure providers to generate responses or process the work you request
- Integration providers that help connect supported third-party tools on our behalf
- Analytics providers that help us understand product usage and service health
- Legal authorities when required by law
5. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including account controls, access restrictions, and security features provided by our infrastructure and integration vendors. No internet service is completely secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Canceling a paid subscription stops renewal but does not automatically delete the account, because you may restart billing or request export first. After verified account deletion or a verified data deletion request, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, tax, billing, dispute handling, or other legitimate business purposes. Backups and logs may age out on their normal retention schedule.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing
To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected]. Use the account email and do not send sensitive, regulated, or unnecessary raw workspace data unless support specifically asks for it.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may also use product analytics and performance measurement tools to understand feature usage and service health. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
