Intern billing runs through the web account surface. Use this page for payment details, invoices, cancellation, plan changes, and recovery when the Mac app needs a fresh billing check.
If the portal cannot find your workspace, sign in again with the email used for checkout or email [email protected].
Cancel or restart
Subscription cancellation and plan recovery stay on intern.fit so the Mac app does not guess about billing state.
Desktop activation
After checkout, use the same web account in the Mac app. If the app still says billing is paused, open account settings to refresh.
