Billing and subscription

Manage billing without guessing where to go.

Intern billing runs through the web account surface. Use this page for payment details, invoices, cancellation, plan changes, recovery, and the same account state the Mac app mirrors during activation.

If the portal cannot find your workspace, sign in again with the email used for checkout or email [email protected].

Refund requests are handled through support. Email the checkout address, the charge date, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Payment method and invoices

Sign in to open the Stripe billing portal for payment details, invoices, and subscription changes.

Cancel or restart

Cancel in the billing portal to stop renewal. Access continues through the current billing period, and restart or plan recovery stays on intern.fit so the Mac app does not guess about billing state.

Desktop activation

After checkout, use the same web account in the Mac app. The desktop mirrors billing state; it does not own payment or recovery. If the app still says billing is paused, open account settings to refresh.

Need a human to look at it?

Send the checkout email, the account email, and what the Mac app says about billing. We will use that to reconcile the web account and desktop activation state. If you canceled and want to restart, use the same web account so the workspace history can stay attached.
