1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Intern (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by WuKong AI (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Intern is an AI-powered digital assistant that connects to your existing tools (email, calendar, Slack, documents) to help with research, follow-ups, meeting prep, and recurring admin tasks. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Intern is billed monthly at the rate shown on our pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are honored at their current rate for the remainder of their billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or misleading communications
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security

6. AI-Generated Output

Intern uses AI to perform tasks on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all output before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on Intern's output.

7. Connected Tools

When you connect third-party tools, you grant Intern permission to access and interact with those tools on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant this access. We access only the data necessary to perform your requested tasks.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to Intern. We retain ownership of the Service, its technology, and branding. Output generated by Intern from your content belongs to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WuKong AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
